You probably get this message often. I just wanted to thank you. I have been struggling with a low HRV. I am in Sachin Patel's mentorship and he has been recommending your oils. I have seen an 11% increase in my HRV on my oura ring when using the circadian rhythm oil. I am so appreciative. We ordered this oil at the change to daylight savings time 2 weeks ago, and have felt much calmer and have more ability to focus. My husband has noticed some improvement in sleep difficulties. We use this oil and also the Parasympathetic blend every night. Both oils are high quality, pleasant scent, easy to apply. We have just ordered the HIstamine oil, and are looking forward to see how it helps with spring allergies.
