Apply 1–2 drops behind the ears or on the bottoms of the feet 2–3 times daily. Ideal for use during times of heightened immune activity or sensitivity.

Inhale from the bottle as needed for additional support.

Breathe

Apply 1–2 drops over the chest or throat area, diluted as needed. Inhale deeply from the bottle or from hands cupped over the nose for 3–5 breaths.

Use 2–3 times daily or as needed to support clear breathing.

Sinus Support
