HOW TO USE MIGRAINE RELIEF™: Designed for aromatic and topical use. If using topically, we recommend 1- 2 drops across the forehead, on temples, and to the back of the neck. Always test on a nickel sized portion of skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the oil/blend before using. Dilute to start or if any redness occurs. For Aromatic Usage, hold the bottle under nose for 3 or 4 breaths.
WHEN TO USE MIGRAINE RELIEF™: To provide relief against intense migraine pain, apply 2- 3 times daily or as needed. Put a few drops on a tissue and have it close, where you can smell it, when you start to feel out of control.

Basil (Ocimum basilicum): Clears the head and relieves intellectual fatigue, which helps with headaches and migraines.

Sweet Marjoram (Origanum marjorana L.): Works as an arterial vasodilator, meaning that it helps dilate blood vessels, which reduces strain on heart and helps you relieve headaches, including migraines.

I just gotta give praise for Migraine Relief. I was having a whopper of a headache this afternoon (and I rarely have those) and I had 2 more massage clients coming in today. I grabbed the blend, applied it everywhere it said to, massaged my temples and neck a few minutes and took some deep breaths breathing in the aroma. I went in to my next session, and about 20 min in, I noticed the headache was almost gone. It was completely gone before I finished. Talk about RELIEF!
