Your oils are the most amazing I've ever found.

All oils are designed for aromatic and topical use.

For topical use, always test on a nickel sized portion of skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the oil/blend before using. Though all blends contain a small amount of fractionated coconut oil, those with sensitive skin may need to dilute further if redness occurs.

For aromatic use, hold the bottle under your nose for 2-3 breaths.

I am new to essential oils but seem to be having a wonderful response to these products. I'm doing them as directed first thing in the morning and again at night as well as before meal times and it's like a craving I look so forward to the next opportunity to crack the bottle and smell those amazing smells. Not sure if I could give any clinical statistics yet but things seem to be better for sure and I'm sure that the oils are playing a part in the process I'm going through.
